Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced Lead Developer skilled in DocuSign eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) who will spearhead the design, creation, and integration of DocuSign solutions. The role involves developing workflows and templates that optimize digital agreement processes while ensuring security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain DocuSign eSignature and CLM implementations.
- Build and administer templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and tailor-made workflows.
- Integrate DocuSign with internal platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and SAP using RESTful APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve any issues connected to DocuSign features or integrations.
- Offer documentation, training, and ongoing support to users and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical exposure to DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
- Expertise in DocuSign APIs (REST and SOAP) and familiarity with SDKs like Java, .NET, and Node.js.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth and JWT.
- Solid grasp of document life cycle management and digital signatures.
- Experience with DocuSign integrations into systems like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom-built apps.
- Proficient in JSON, XML, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- DocuSign Developer Certification(s) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience working with other eSignature platforms would be beneficial.
Additional Information
- Job Location: Pan India, primarily Chennai.
- Experience Range: 3 to 9 years relevant experience.
- Notice Period: Immediate to a maximum of 30 days.
- Salesforce experience is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.
- Eligible applicants must be graduates in any discipline.
