Overview
Stanco Solutions Pvt Ltd invites applications for the role of L&D Executive based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting the Learning and Development efforts within a kids' entertainment and hospitality context, focusing on delivering effective training and maintaining comprehensive learning management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and induction training sessions for new employees including customer service and front-of-house teams.
- Conduct refresher and practical training on customer service standards, safety measures, guest interaction, and brand values.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to design tailored training content, engaging activities, and role-play scenarios related to the children’s entertainment and hospitality environment.
- Perform floor observations providing immediate coaching and constructive feedback to staff members.
- Support training assessments and evaluations to gauge effectiveness through quizzes and practical tests.
- Manage the training calendar, scheduling sessions, securing venues, and coordinating invites to ensure smooth delivery.
- Keep detailed and accurate training records including attendance, certifications, and history across all employees.
- Prepare and update essential training documents such as manuals, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with department heads to identify training requirements and coordinate sessions without disrupting daily operations.
- Monitor training completion, certification statuses, and schedule necessary refreshers timely.
- Generate regular reports on training activities including participation rates, completion stats, and feedback scores for management review.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for external trainers, vendors, and venues as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Learning and Development or training roles, preferably within retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service sectors.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities for effective group and individual training delivery.
- Exceptional organizational skills to independently handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting tasks.
