Labour Helper / Mazdoor

Overview

We are recruiting Labour Helpers for a factory setting located in Chennai at No. T-283, SIDCO Women's Industrial Park, Kattur, Thirumullaivoyal. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ₹15,000, along with perks such as free accommodation, free lunch, overtime pay, two bonuses within the first year according to company policies, and social security benefits like ESI and PF after six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various production and manufacturing related tasks.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials efficiently.
• Package and label finished goods as required.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Provide support to machine operators and supervisory staff.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education qualification: completion of 8th or 10th grade.
• Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
• Applicants must be physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.
