Job description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, fruits, and meat as directed by the chef.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including cleaning counters, floors, stoves, and other cooking areas.
- Wash used dishes, plates, and cutlery and organize them in their designated places.
- Manage inventory by reporting low-stock items and properly storing new supplies in the kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- Experience ranging from none to one year in a similar role; willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to personal hygiene and strict compliance with health and safety standards.
