Job Purpose

This role involves managing major strategic accounts and key partners to cultivate lasting professional relationships. The objective is to oversee their commercial and operational outcomes to ensure steady partnership growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage strategic accounts assigned to you.
  • Forge and sustain robust relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as Presto's representative in partner engagements.
  • Continually assess partners' needs to align services accordingly.
  • Monitor partner performance regularly and analyze KPIs.
  • Spot opportunities for operational and commercial improvements and ensure their implementation.
  • Manage multi-branch partner networks by tracking branch-level performance differences and promoting uniform operational practices.
  • Conduct frequent meetings with partners, addressing complaints and challenges swiftly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate internally across departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Data Management for seamless coordination.

  • Carry out field visits as necessary to maintain partner relations and oversee action plan progress.
