Role Overview
We seek a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to support our technical recruitment, emphasizing our exceptional C++ engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting for technical positions, particularly targeting engineers with a specialization in C++.

- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to grasp role requirements and refine recruitment approaches.
- Represent think-cell at industry events, conferences, meetups, and academic institutions to broaden our talent pipeline.
- Maintain high-quality candidate selection while efficiently filling positions in a competitive global context.
- Contribute to enhancing employer branding within the tech domain through improved messaging and outreach.
Desired Attributes

- Some familiarity with recruitment or sourcing, coupled with enthusiasm for rapid skill advancement.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, especially in uncovering rare technical candidates for elite C++ teams.
- Persistent attitude that views stringent hiring standards as motivation rather than discouragement.
- Receptive to coaching and feedback from diverse stakeholders including Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills to foster trust with experienced professionals.
- Comfortable engaging in and representing think-cell at technical events.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with readiness for occasional travel.
- Availability to work onsite four days per week with one remote day.
