About the Role
United Consulting Hub seeks a Junior Quality Assurance Associate to join on a contract basis. This remote position caters to candidates with minimal experience, preferably fresh graduates motivated to begin a career in quality assurance within pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. The role involves supporting quality systems and compliance initiatives aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across operational activities.
- Help review and approve batch manufacturing records, standard operating procedures, and other quality documentation.
- Contribute to internal quality audits and assist during regulatory inspections.
- Support management of deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change control processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity consistent with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Assist in delivery of training and promote compliance across departments.
- Maintain and monitor quality systems to satisfy FDA regulations and industry expectations.
Skills and Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail critical for quality assurance activities.
- Familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and principles of data integrity.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Experience or understanding of documentation management systems; familiarity with LIMS or TrackWise is advantageous.
