Junior Outreach Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Outreach Manager to take full responsibility for our outreach channel from the outset. This role is hands-on and growth-oriented, offering real accountability and the chance to achieve measurable outcomes. Whether you have prior experience or not, you will manage the outreach pipeline with mentorship from a seasoned outreach specialist who has successfully developed junior team members into SEO experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage our outreach and link-building processes including handling prospect lists, executing email sequences, and tracking progress to secure live backlinks.
• Engage in sending outreach emails, following up persistently, and negotiating partnerships with bloggers, journalists, and website owners to facilitate guest posts and collaborations.
• Create personalized outreach emails that drive responses, utilizing structured cold email copywriting techniques provided.
• Maintain an organized and clean outreach pipeline by documenting every interaction, placement, and acquired link across multiple simultaneous conversations.
• Build and nurture your own network of contacts within blogging, journalism, site ownership, and travel sectors, with these relationships becoming your own over time.
• Adapt quickly with strong support initially and gain increasing autonomy to manage outreach efforts independently as you develop.
• Progress towards leading outreach strategy development and improvement as you demonstrate capability and ownership.

Candidate Profile

• No previous experience is mandatory as full training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• Exceptional written English skills essential for crafting compelling outreach messages.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify tasks and solutions without constant direction.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of repetitive outreach activities while maintaining organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle rejection positively as outreach often involves many refusals before successes.

Preferred Attributes

• Basic knowledge of SEO and link-building or a sincere eagerness to learn these areas rapidly.
• Familiarity with outreach or CRM tools such as Google Sheets, Hunter, Pitchbox, or similar platforms.
• Interest in working within a diverse, multicultural startup environment.
• Ambition to advance quickly into senior SEO or outreach positions, supported by a history of mentorship leading juniors to professional growth.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your responsibilities.

Compensation

The monthly gross salary range for this role is €1500 to €2200.
