Junior Graphic Designer

Company Overview

Kinetics Group is based in Sheraton, England, United Kingdom, and is currently seeking Junior Graphic Designers to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for social media, websites, presentations, and print materials under supervision from senior team members.
• Assist in conceptualizing visual ideas that align with client branding and campaign goals.
• Modify and resize design assets to suit multiple platforms and formats.
• Support the preparation of final artwork ready for production or publishing.
• Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure visual materials effectively complement messaging.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative and creative suggestions.
• Incorporate feedback provided by senior designers and art directors to refine and enhance designs.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for easy access and workflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to client brand guidelines and quality standards in all creative outputs.
• Assist in refreshing or updating existing creative materials to reflect new content or branding changes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design roles, including internships or freelance work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of After Effects is advantageous.
• Fundamental understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
• Motivated to learn continuously, take constructive feedback positively, and improve design competencies.
