About Carma and the Role

Carma is a digital pre-owned car dealership based in Sydney, dedicated to revolutionizing the automotive shopping experience in Australia. We manage our full vehicle lifecycle in-house—from engineering through marketing and buying to reconditioning—supported by a collaborative and diverse team. As a Junior Detailer, you will gain in-depth hands-on experience working on vehicle presentation, contributing directly to making cars appear showroom-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, clean, and dry vehicles, ensuring each car meets high quality standards.
• Vacuum and tidy vehicle interiors preparing them for delivery or photographic purposes.
• Assist with polishing, stain removal, and safely moving vehicles within the facility.
• Participate actively in improving detailing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Deliver meticulous care to each vehicle to guarantee a flawless final appearance.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants do not need prior detailing experience but must demonstrate enthusiasm to learn automotive care and the industry.
• Must hold a valid New South Wales driver’s license; manual transmission proficiency is advantageous.
• Possess a keen attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
• Highly motivated to acquire new skills and adapt in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and take pride in maintaining high work standards.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based at our St Peters facility in Sydney, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
