About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Create regular reports, dashboards, and visual data summaries for stakeholders and management review.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of business intelligence reports and key performance metrics.
• Provide analytical recommendations to support data-driven business choices.
• Track and monitor KPIs to assess business performance continually.
• Conduct special analyses to support operational, financial, marketing, and strategic functions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance policies.
• Help automate reporting processes and improve data collection methods.
• Document all data sources, methodologies, and reporting practices thoroughly.
• Keep abreast of advancements in data analytics tools, methods, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of data analytics, statistical methods, and reporting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting capabilities.
• Basic familiarity with SQL for data querying is preferred.
• Exposure to visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is beneficial.
• Elementary knowledge of programming or analytics languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a dynamic work environment.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in fields like Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.
