Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company, its industry, competitors, and target clients
• Plan and prepare your territory effectively, deciding optimal times and clients/prospects for visits to maximize opportunities
• Maintain continual contact with prospects via phone and onsite visits to nurture relationships, handle objections, and communicate the company's value
• Execute marketing strategies and category initiatives throughout your customer portfolio
• Monitor and manage sales performance within your designated territory
• Attend regional and national conferences representing the company ethos and networking with clients to drive business growth

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably hold a university degree
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed
• Confident presenter with good presentation skills
• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous
• Strong work ethic accompanied by a positive attitude
