Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional service at AIDA bars and craft cocktails and beverages according to AIDA's quality standards.
- Provide guests with expert guidance on drink selections while offering polite and engaging sales support.
- Conduct daily setup and cleanup of the bar area including Mise en Place preparations.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience behind a cocktail bar, preferably complemented by formal training in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong command of English language and high commitment to customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and maintain a neat appearance.
