Job Overview

This position requires onsite presence at the facility with no remote work option. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across office buildings and multiple locations.

Language and Education

• Proficiency in English is required.
• No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax corridors, floors, and stairways.
• Use industrial vacuum cleaners to clear scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
• Empty all trash and waste receptacles regularly.
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings thoroughly.
• Disinfect bathrooms and all fixtures to ensure sanitary conditions.

Certifications and Equipment

• Holding a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification is required.
• Experience with industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing, and steam cleaning machines is expected.

Additional Information

• A criminal background check is mandatory.
• The role can involve working under pressure, repetitive tasks, and is physically demanding including frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
