About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Trainer to join a growing professional services firm in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute engaging training sessions and programs focused on IT and software applications.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and supplementary documents.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and specialized system training for staff across the organization.
- Facilitate user adoption by supporting rollouts of new technology and digital initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training efforts, collect participant feedback, and refine learning solutions accordingly.
- Maintain training records and track learner participation and progress metrics.
- Collaborate with business partners to determine training needs and tailor content to diverse audiences.
Candidate Profile
- Experience providing IT or software training in professional services sectors such as legal, accountancy, finance, or consultancy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to captivate audiences at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and well-versed in training on multiple business and enterprise software systems.
- Understanding of user adoption strategies, change management principles, and effective learning methodologies.
- Capability to manage multiple training projects in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
