Key Responsibilities

• Record and independently resolve support and fault tickets.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise; optimize related processes.
• Manage specific projects and tasks directly at client sites.
• Self-driven learning and integration of new technologies.
• Develop original ideas and problem-solving approaches.

Applicant Profile

• Completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and client environments.
• Strong understanding of networking and routing principles.
• Experience with WAN connectivity.
• Preferably some expertise in network switching and firewall systems.
