About the Role
This permanent full-time position offers 75 hours biweekly as an IT Support Technician for the Workers’ Safety and Compensation Board (WSCB) of Yukon Territory. The WSCB is committed to workplace health and safety and workers’ compensation, aiming to prevent work-related injuries and support affected workers through facilitation of work stay, return, and recovery.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Business Technology Manager, the IT Support Technician is an IT generalist role responsible for networking, client assistance, and administration of technology assets across client departments. This position centers on providing end-user, systems, and application support and maintaining computer networks and related environments.
Essential Qualifications
- Post-secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience delivering technical support collaboratively within a team
- Experience installing and maintaining hardware, software, and associated computing assets
- Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments
Equivalent education, training, or experience may be considered.
