IT Project Manager (ERP)

About the Role

We are partnering with a dynamic consultancy that requires an experienced Project Manager specialized in ERP systems. This role involves managing diverse software projects, including two recent new initiatives, within a growing agency environment. The position supports remote work from anywhere within Germany and includes a structured 2-3 stage interview process. The annual salary offered ranges between €50,000 and €55,000, alongside additional profit sharing of 5-10% per project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise resource planning projects, collaborating closely with developers and external clients.
• Operate effectively in a consultancy setting, adapting quickly to new projects.
• Maintain strong communication and engagement with clients, requiring advanced German proficiency (C1+).

Requirements

• Proficient German language skills at C1+ level to liaise with clients and customers.
• Experience with ERP systems and project coordination involving developers and clients.
• Solid understanding of financial processes such as invoicing and credit notes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills exhibiting empathy and compassion when interacting with stakeholders.
