Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support across all systems.
• Assist users and manage workplace IT environments with general support tasks.
• Handle IT queries received via phone, email, and ticketing system efficiently.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve technical faults and application issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external IT teams and service providers.
• Document issues and solutions within the ticketing system for transparency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in IT, such as a certified computer specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably some practical experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
• Strong command of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies is advantageous.
• Customer-focused, effective communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in verbal and written German and English.
