About the Role

Join infinit.cx, a leader in customer experience solutions, as the Head of IT, responsible for overseeing our internal IT platform including cloud architecture, IT security, modern workplace services, and AI innovations. You will collaborate closely with executive management, lead a small team, and play a key role in shaping the company’s technological future. This position offers a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement with significant responsibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligning with business goals.
• Provide both managerial and disciplinary leadership to the IT team.
• Manage budgets, vendors, licensing, and contractual agreements.
• Advise executive leadership on IT and technology matters.
• Oversee cloud and platform architecture focusing on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure secure, stable, and scalable IT operations.
• Manage IT security, cloud security, and information security, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Continue developing the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Implement regulatory compliance related to NIS2, DORA, and TISAX.
• Take responsibility for identity and access management, as well as backup, recovery, and incident management.
• Advance and optimize Microsoft 365 and workplace environments.
• Automate and streamline IT processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies technically.
• Drive strategic development of the company’s internal AI platforms and services.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience as IT Head, IT Manager, or a similar executive role.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and contemporary cloud architectures.
• Strong background in IT security, cloud security, and information security management (ISO/IEC 27001).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, identity and access management, and modern workplace technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with current AI technologies and their enterprise applications.
• Excellent command of German and English languages.
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-focused work approach.
• Strong communication abilities combined with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview, or Zscaler.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, and TISAX is advantageous.
• Experience with Linux, container technologies, or AI platforms is a plus.
