About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in the aviation sector to manage and support a range of technical projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise project scope and design documents aligned with IT policies and procedures to guide technical teams in developing suitable solutions.
• Gather and formulate clear, traceable requirements through interviews, document reviews, workshops, surveys, site observations, business process evaluations, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analyses.
• Analyze and reconcile information from various sources, break down complex data into understandable details, and clarify user requests.
• Work collaboratively with developers, architects, subject matter experts, and IT colleagues to define the technical direction balancing usability and performance.
• Ensure approved requirements are thoroughly developed to guarantee delivered solutions fulfill customer expectations effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working as an IT Business Analyst with involvement in software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills tailored to software projects, capable of engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels professionally.
• Analytical abilities and foundational project management knowledge to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational specifications.
