Role Summary
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will join a multi-level advisory team and contribute to a variety of financing and transaction assignments. This role is central to building and executing deals, from analysis and modeling to materials preparation and transaction support. You will also participate in client meetings and work closely with senior client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisory and financing mandates across different stages of the deal cycle.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation work, and detailed modeling.
- Prepare presentation decks and other client-facing materials.
- Research companies, industries, and market dynamics to support transaction work.
- Assist with due diligence activities and preparation of offering materials.
- Help market transactions and coordinate execution tasks.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate directly with senior management teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in investment banking or M&A advisory is preferred, along with the ability to work both independently and within a focused team.
- Strong command of financial modeling and valuation methods.
- Ability to analyze issues critically and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant market data tools.
- Solid understanding of capital markets, business, economics, and finance gained through education, experience, or personal interest.
- Consistently strong academic performance.
