The company has committed approximately A$500 million in equity and is positioned for significant expansion.

Key Responsibilities

The Investment Analyst will be involved in various facets including acquisitions analysis, development feasibilities, and detailed financial modelling. You will also prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investors. Beyond numbers, the role requires active participation alongside senior executives in meetings with institutional investors, contributing to pitching opportunities, articulating investment strategies, and assisting in the execution of key transactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring 2 to 5 years of experience from sectors such as Real Estate Investment, Property Funds Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Private Equity, or Property Advisory. Alongside strong technical and analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, commercial curiosity, and the ambition to progress into an investment professional role are essential. This role is intended to cultivate a future leader through mentorship from experienced industry experts.
