About the Role
Sutherland is recruiting fresh graduates to join our international voice process team in a customer support capacity. This position involves handling inbound international calls, providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and upholding high standards of customer service. Accuracy in documenting customer interactions is essential.
Work Schedule and Location
Employees will work from the office located at Sutherland Global Services, 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Reliable Plaza IT Park, MIDC Kalwa Industrial Estate, Thane - Belapur Rd, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708. The role requires 24/7 rotational shifts within a five-day workweek, including two rotational days off. A one-way cab service is available for night shifts within a 25 km radius depending on shift timings.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from international customers effectively.
- Offer technical support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally and helpfully in all written correspondences.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing daily and weekly tasks and pending issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
Graduates or postgraduates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, and be ready to join immediately. Comfort with working onsite is mandatory.
