Role overview
This opening is for an International BPO voice process role based in Malad West, Mumbai. The work includes U.S. outbound, inbound, and sales processes. The company has been running for more than 20 years and currently employs around 350 people. As the team expands, the business is looking to add 100 candidates across these process types.
What you will do
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls for U.S.-based customers.
- Work toward sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Deliver a high standard of customer support while following company policies and service standards.

- Clear spoken and written English is essential.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to chase targets.
- Prior experience in outbound or inbound sales is preferred, though not compulsory.
- A performance-focused mindset and commitment to results are important.
Compensation and benefits
The compensation is competitive and will depend on interview performance. In addition to pay, the role includes performance-linked incentives, home drop after the shift, 24 paid leaves per year, and employee benefits such as PF, ESIC, and referral incentives.
Shift and weekly schedule
The job runs in a night shift from 7:30 pm to 5:00 am. Weekends are off, except for the first Saturday, which is working.

Interview details
This is a walk-in interview conducted Monday to Friday from 7:00 pm onwards. The venue is Pristine e Tele Services Pvt. Ltd., Palm Spring, Malad West 400064, Mumbai, next to Infinity Mall.
Transport coverage
Applicants should be within the stated travel boundaries: Western Suburbs from Churchgate to Virar, and the Harbour Line limited to Kurla/Dadar.
