Interior Design Consultant (Design Studio)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Studio Design Advisor to join Sharps Furniture Group's new Design Studios in Rugby, England. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire customers and assist them in starting their home design journey through a warm and engaging studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer journey from entry into the studio.
• Use mood boards, digital design tools, and inspirational displays to spark interior design ideas and styling concepts.
• Assist customers with planning layouts, selecting finishes, and proposing intelligent storage solutions.
• Arrange appointments for clients with In-Home Designers and manage the appointment system effectively.
• Maintain excellent communication through follow-ups on customer enquiries.
• Ensure the studio is attractively presented and participate in local events and community activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in interior design.

• Strong passion for interior design and helping clients realize their ideal living spaces.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Consultative and friendly communication style.
• Design sensibility with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable with digital technologies.
• Highly organized with the flexibility to work across a seven-day schedule on a rotating two-shift pattern.
