Interior Architect / Site Execution Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect or Architect to join our interior design firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing execution and installation processes, and supporting coordination on-site to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site projects including space renovations and furniture installations.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure progress aligns with scheduled plans.
• Continuously monitor project status and deliver regular progress reports to headquarters and management.
• Adapt to the company’s operational methods and progressively take on greater responsibilities.
• Ensure the site execution fully complies with project drawings and resolve any onsite discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in site supervision, construction processes, and implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, as well as software such as 3DS Max and Photoshop.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings accurately and manage technical site details.
• Excellent teamwork, discipline, high sense of responsibility, and strong professional presentation.
• Strong communication, reporting capabilities, and a solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the dynamic demands of site work.
