Position Summary
FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) is seeking motivated Insurance Consultants to join their award-winning National Advice & Service Centre in Palmerston North. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and consistently surpassing expectations.
Role Details
As an Insurance Consultant, you will serve as the initial point of contact for new business inquiries received via the 0800 number, managing client segments including Lifestyle, Residential, and Equine insurance customers. This role is crucial within the centre, which operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, with shifts scheduled over five days each week.
