Role Overview

The position of Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time onsite role located in Anantapur. The recruiter will manage complete recruitment cycles targeting IT-related positions, entailing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and handling job offers for technical roles. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify role needs, creating appealing job postings, actively sourcing candidates across multiple channels, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline are key responsibilities. The recruiter will also conduct initial assessments covering technical skills and behavioral attributes, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate journey from application through onboarding. Additionally, the role involves keeping precise recruitment documentation, tracking performance metrics, and supporting hiring process enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting and end-to-end hiring activities effectively.
• Proficient in IT recruitment and technical talent sourcing and evaluation.
• Skilled in coordinating interviews, managing offers, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Proven track record recruiting IT or technology professionals, ideally in dynamic or outsourcing settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment requisitions with careful attention to detail and deadlines, working onsite at Anantapur.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and professional networks.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related disciplines, or possesses equivalent experience.
