Information Technology Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee the company's IT operations, playing a crucial role in our ongoing digital transformation and corporate expansion. This leadership role encompasses management of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives to ensure all technology solutions effectively support business objectives across various business units.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the complete IT department including IT infrastructure, ERP systems (especially Oracle EBS), business and POS applications, cybersecurity, and end-user assistance.
• Formulate and execute the organization's IT strategic plan and roadmap in alignment with business goals and digital transformation efforts.
• Supervise administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite, various ERP modules, enterprise applications, and integration of systems across departments.
• Lead IT projects, system enhancements, vendor relations, cybersecurity programs, disaster recovery plans, and governance to maintain optimal system uptime, effectiveness, and security.
• Partner with business units to identify technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency, facilitate automation, and support critical strategic decision-making.
• Guide and mentor the IT team to ensure superior service quality, adherence to IT policies, and ongoing improvement of technology services.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of IT progression experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Robust expertise managing ERP systems, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite, along with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity practices, cloud technologies, network administration, systems integration, disaster recovery, and vendor oversight.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, project and stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving digital transformation efforts.
