Role Responsibilities

• Support Cadence Education’s mission by working together to create a warm and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Track and communicate daily developmental milestones to parents.
• Work in harmony with fellow teachers to execute an age-appropriate curriculum that nurtures curiosity.
• Observe and respond to infant interests, ensuring their safety while enhancing play through language and varied activities.
• Demonstrate and reinforce suitable social behaviors for infants to encourage success.
• Assist in organizing a daily schedule that balances active and quiet periods, incorporates both indoor and outdoor play, and includes fine and gross motor skill development.

Candidate Requirements

• Fulfill all state requirements for preschool teacher assistants.
• Exhibit flexibility and readiness to work during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or within a licensed daycare setting is advantageous.
• Hold a strong passion and empathy for infant development and care.
