About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Nagpur, India to lead and enhance operational excellence within the HR function. This role focuses on driving strategic HR initiatives, delivering insightful workforce analytics, and optimizing HR processes and systems to improve both employee and management experiences through increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
The role requires collaboration across various teams including HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence. Depending on demands, the position may entail onsite or hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide HR operations projects emphasizing automation, process streamlining, workforce data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver strategic workforce insights via advanced analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
- Manage HR reporting tools including dashboards, workforce metrics, and planning inputs that assist business decisions.
- Continuously enhance HR systems, workflows, and SOPs to boost efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of data.
- Collaborate on major organizational projects such as restructures, policy rollouts, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Maintain governance frameworks ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and legal compliance.
- Identify and implement technology and automation opportunities to elevate HR service delivery.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and IT teams to support enterprise-level HR initiatives.
- Prepare polished reports and presentations for executives highlighting workforce trends and operational performance.
- Mentor HR analysts fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and ongoing improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of escalating experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HRIS, or general Human Resources.
- Proven expertise leading HR operations or analytics functions within complex global organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities to convert workforce data into impactful business insights.
- Experience building executive dashboards, KPI reports, and workforce planning models.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, governance, and data management.
- Successful track record of driving operational improvements, automation, and digital transformation.
- Robust project management skills managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations to senior leadership.
- Ability to build influence and relationships at all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau or comparable analytics and reporting tools.
- Preferred experience with major HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
