Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to oversee HR functions within a hospital or healthcare setting. The role involves comprehensive HR management including recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management.

Key Duties

Execute full lifecycle recruitment for medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, paramedical personnel, alongside non-medical staff.
Manage onboarding processes including employee induction, documentation, and orientation.
Oversee management of attendance records, leave administration, payroll coordination, and maintenance of employee files.
Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies as well as labor regulations.
Facilitate staff training sessions, professional development programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Continuously monitor staffing needs and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
