Overview
Shadow Infratech seeks a diligent and proactive Human Resource Executive to oversee comprehensive HR functions. This position involves managing recruitment activities, fostering employee engagement, ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining statutory compliance, and facilitating smooth HR workflows to support the company's expansion goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle: create job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs accurately.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances in a professional manner, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Plan and implement activities to enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations such as Provident Fund, ESIC, and Gratuity protocols.
- Prepare HR policies, official letters, and employment contracts in alignment with organizational norms.
- Assist payroll processing by gathering attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
- Monitor workforce attendance, leaves, and working hours diligently.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and related review processes.
- Track and report employee performance metrics to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an allied field.
- A proven track record with 2 to 8 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR workflows, labor legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication alongside interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software.
- Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
Additional Information
Compensation for this role ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR monthly.
