About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This full-time remote position requires managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to secure top talent efficiently. The company equips recruiters with premium recruitment tools, including access to multiple job portals, ATS software, databases, and interview resources to support success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates to fulfill current and future staffing needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring journey, including follow-ups on interviews, documentation, offers, and onboarding steps.
- Keep recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking System records updated regularly.
- Prepare daily reports detailing recruitment activities and hiring statuses.
- Collaborate with various department heads to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Handle all candidate and company information with strict confidentiality.
Mandatory Daily Targets
- Schedule between 5 to 8 candidate interviews daily without exception.
- Ensure candidates attend their interviews by diligent follow-up and engagement.
- Continuously source, screen, and pipeline qualified candidates to meet hiring goals promptly.
- Submit daily recruitment reports documenting sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, completions, offers extended, and candidates onboarded.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience are favored, though motivated fresh graduates with strong communication skills and genuine interest in recruitment are invited to apply.
