Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead key people operations for a Mumbai-based role in the Nahur area. The position calls for strong leadership experience and hands-on ownership of core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain compliance with applicable labour regulations, internal HR policies, and payroll processes.

Required Background

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Any graduate can apply.

Compensation

The role offers a salary in the range of INR 7,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
