Job Description

• Partner with recruitment professionals to comprehend vacancy requirements and proactively identify appropriate candidates.
• Engage in talent mapping exercises to survey the talent pool and locate promising candidates using multiple sourcing platforms.
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment support encompassing candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview facilitation, schedule coordination, and communication management with applicants.
• Contribute to the execution of internal employee engagement events.
• Assist in generating content for internal communication channels.
• Participate in diverse HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Possesses a proactive and resourceful mindset towards resolving challenges.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills alongside proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
