About the role
This remote full-time opportunity is for a proactive and well-organised HR Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. It is well suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop a career in human resources. The position offers exposure to many parts of HR while supporting the daily running of the employee lifecycle.
What you will do
- Help manage recruitment workflows by arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed.
- Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes for employees.
- Keep employee files and HR documentation accurate and up to date.
- Draft employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents as needed.
- Enter and update data in the HRIS and assist with reporting.
- Answer employee questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- Assist payroll by making sure employee information is complete and current.
- Track compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide general HR administrative support and contribute to process improvements.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a similar field.
- Strong spoken and written communication ability.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time well.
- Careful attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Good people skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
