Job Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in our airport lounge facilities within Saudi Arabia. This role involves maintaining hygiene standards, addressing guest needs, managing supplies, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all lounge areas including public spaces, shower rooms, service counters, and behind-the-scenes areas through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Support food handling processes by assisting with loading and unloading items when necessary.
• Clear tables and servicing areas after guests complete their meals to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Organize storerooms and perform regular audits of inventory and supplies.
• Deliver food, drinks, utensils, and equipment to designated service points upon request.
• Report any damages, shortages, or equipment defects to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure proper handling, usage, and safeguarding of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Address guest complaints and requests courteously and professionally, maintaining patience at all times.
• Comply strictly with all local health, safety, and hygiene regulations appropriate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Carry out additional assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality-related roles.
• Familiarity with cleanliness protocols and hygiene best practices.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• Ability to perform duties independently and efficiently.
• Basic English speaking abilities; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts as needed.
• Work location is at an airport within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
