Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where you will play a vital role in delivering groceries safely and efficiently to customers while representing the company positively. This position requires active engagement with customers and adherence to safety and quality standards while out on the road.

Responsibilities

• Safely load delivery vans, managing heavy lifting and practicing correct manual handling techniques.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safe driving protocols and complete routine vehicle checks.
• Ensure groceries arrive in excellent condition to customers, providing outstanding service on each delivery.
• Assist store staff when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Manage your schedule effectively while working independently, with shifts varying between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Display a positive attitude, friendliness, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Show strong knowledge of road safety and safe driving practices.
