About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to become part of our team, known for excellent customer service and a supportive work environment. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, representing our company with pride and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow strict and safe procedures when loading vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Maintain adherence to safe driving practices at all times on the road.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Ensure that all food items arrive to customers in optimal condition.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and when assisting in store.
- Work independently while effectively managing your schedule and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings to late evenings (6am to 11pm).
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
- A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability in punctuality and commitment to work schedules.
- A strong commitment to road safety awareness and practices.
