About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver where you will play a key role in delivering groceries directly to customers. This position requires someone who takes pride in outstanding customer service, enjoys being on the road, and thrives working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe loading techniques including proper manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Follow safe driving practices consistently while performing delivery routes.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the van is roadworthy.
• Deliver food items ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Offer top-notch customer service during all interactions.
• Support store operations if needed.
• Manage your schedule effectively and work autonomously.
• Be flexible with shift schedules which may occur anytime between 6am and 11pm.

What We Are Looking For

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for creating a great customer experience.
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Good awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
