Healthcare Data Analyst

Role Overview

This position focuses on healthcare data analysis, incorporating skills such as PL/SQL, SQL, data mapping, STTM creation, data profiling, and report generation. The role is embedded within Infosys' delivery team, emphasizing direct client engagement to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between the client and Infosys, ensuring quality control, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, design and review solutions, and validate system architecture to deliver excellent tech services to clients.
• Engage in project estimation and contribute feedback toward solution delivery strategies, including conducting technical risk assessments and reviewing code and unit test plans.
• Lead and mentor team members, driving the development of optimized, high-quality code, managing knowledge sharing, and enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support clients in their digital transformation efforts by developing efficient programs and systems that enhance operational capabilities.
