Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents by providing personal care that preserves their dignity, privacy, and respect during the night hours.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
- Deliver individualized, person-centered care tailored to each resident’s unique preferences and needs.
- Perform wellbeing and health checks in accordance with residents’ care plans.
- Work collaboratively with your team and external healthcare professionals to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
- Keep accurate records of resident information using digital documentation tools.
- Report incidents, concerns, or changes promptly to senior team members.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay at 13.00/hour with higher rates on weekends ( 16.25/hour) and bank holidays ( 26.00/hour).
- Enhanced pay grades for employees holding the Care Certificate starting at 13.50/hour, weekend rate at 16.88/hour, and bank holidays at 27.00/hour.
- Advanced Healthcare Assistants earn starting at 13.90/hour, with weekend and holiday rates up to 27.80/hour.
