Role Overview

Join our team at EHBOICT as a Hard- & Software Support Specialist based in Te Kopuru, Northland, New Zealand. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assisting all staff and students directly on site with the usage and troubleshooting of their computer systems, covering both software and hardware aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-location support to employees and students to facilitate effective computer use.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
Maintain communications and relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
Conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing the IT skills and knowledge of staff members.
