Core Duties

• Perform various maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, with job durations from two hours up to two days
• Engage with customers to explain required work and set clear expectations regarding scope and cost
• Build lasting client relationships by providing outstanding service following the company’s proven process
• Self-manage daily work as many tasks require working independently
• Provide excellent customer interaction, solicit feedback and process payments
• Utilize personal tools and technology effectively to document and complete jobs
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and booties to safeguard clients’ homes

Minimum Qualifications

• Residency within the local area
• At least eight years of compensated handyman experience
• Ownership of personal tools for job completion
• Eligibility for vehicle insurance coverage
• Successful background and driving record screenings
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently and work safely at heights or overhead positions for extended durations
• Professional upkeep of oneself and company vehicle

Technical Expertise

Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in a minimum of three of the following areas:

• Carpentry
• Bathroom renovations
• Kitchen upgrades
• Interior and exterior painting
• Minor and major drywall repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical work compliant with legal standards
• Floor laying and restoration
