Position Overview

As a Guest Services Agent with The Luxury Collection, your role extends beyond facilitating check-ins and check-outs; you are entrusted with creating memorable and unique guest experiences. Your duties integrate a wide range of services, supporting guests throughout their stay by proactively addressing their needs, providing information about the local area, handling operational tasks, and completing necessary reports. This role demands initiative, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with operational requirements and fulfilling guest requests.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and share local highlights to enhance their stay.
• Perform daily reporting and related administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communications, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols, safeguarding company assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Be actively mobile and physically capable, including standing, sitting, walking for prolonged periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• Licenses or certifications are not mandatory.
