Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place and actively participate in service during morning, late, or banquet shifts.
• Warmly welcome guests, attentively address their requests, and carefully serve food and beverages.
• Collaborate smoothly with colleagues throughout all service stages, from preparation to completion.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment and support adherence to quality and service standards.
• Demonstrate willingness to grow professionally and flexibly assist the team across various hospitality tasks.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hotel or hospitality management.
• Several years of professional experience in service roles.
• Strong hospitality skills combined with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication abilities, teamwork, and organizational competence.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings; wine expertise is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills; English proficiency is advantageous.
