About the Role
As a Guest Experience Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts located on Ummahat Island 1, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique and memorable guest experiences beyond routine check-ins and check-outs. The role involves proactively offering a broad spectrum of services to assist and guide guests throughout their stay. Empowered to act flexibly, you will handle operational duties, respond to guest requests, manage reporting, and share insights about local events and attractions, ensuring each guest interaction enhances their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Regardless of your specific duties, success demands maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, safeguarding confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. Maintaining a professional appearance and communication is essential. The role requires constant activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, and performing tasks such as lifting, moving, carrying, pushing, or placing items under 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these responsibilities and any reasonable tasks assigned with excellence guarantees guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of secondary education or an equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certification program.
- No prior related work experience is necessary.
- Supervisory experience is not required.
- No licenses or certifications are mandatory.
