GTM Sourcer / Recruiter

Position Overview

This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering an hourly rate between $55 and $60. The position is fully remote.

We are searching for a proactive Go-to-Market (GTM) Sourcer/Recruiter to assist with hiring for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other GTM departments. The role demands sourcing passive candidates, creating strategic talent pools, and collaborating effectively with hiring managers to provide top-tier candidates in a demanding technology setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for GTM roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, workforce strategies, and recruitment approaches.
• Establish proactive pipelines of talent to meet current and anticipated hiring demands.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networks, GitHub, and other tools to source passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings assessing technical abilities, business understanding, communication skills, and cultural compatibility.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and uphold an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse talent.
• Perform talent mapping, competitor analysis, and gather market insights.
• Maintain precise candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline status, conversion percentages, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Work alongside Recruiting Coordinators and interview panels to guarantee a seamless hiring process.
• Engage in recruiting events, diversity programs, and employer branding efforts.
• Negotiate job offers and assist candidates during onboarding procedures.
